The GSfBS is our umbrella graduate school at the University of Cologne with a focus on the molecular analysis of biological processes. All of our PhD students must become GSfBS members and benefit from a wide variety of courses and workshops.

The AMC is a cross-faculty graduate programme at the University of Cologne and organises basic training and social events for all registered PhD students.

The graduate school of the Cluster of Excellence on Plant Sciences (CEPLAS) organises an extensive PhD student training. Also non-CEPLAS PhD students have the opportunity to, for instance, join courses or take part in industry trips.
