For women and gender minorities, experiences of sexism at work are far from uncommon. From interruptions during meetings to inappropriate jokes, navigating workplace dynamics can be exhausting. Identifying and addressing sexism covert within our daily interactions is an essential key to building a more inclusive and respectful work environment. In this talk, we will explore the various forms sexism might take, from the most obvious to the subtlest ones, and discuss practical strategies to challenge it. We will adapt these responses by comparing perspectives, as victims, allies or even, offenders.
