Introduction to RNA-seq data analysis and ChIP-seq data analysis

The seminar provides an overview of the analysis steps required in a typical RNA-seq (differential expression) and ChIP-seq (binding site identification) data analysis workflow. For each step, there will be a short introduction of publicly available tools that can be used, and the seminar also mentions some of the potential problems and challenges related to these analyses.
