Finding your right fit–Analysis of own skills and motivation for a transfer into a new professional role

In this workshop, the participants will analyse their career paths and their achievements to date from an inner perception (Against whom do I measure myself?) and from an outer perception (What kind of feedback do I receive?). The competencies and qualifications thus identified will be matched with various job profiles.
The transfer of competencies acquired in a scientific context into a CV for industry is also part of this workshop.
An overview of various career paths in the public sector and in private industry and of the types of personality required for these careers allows the participants to consider hitherto unregarded job profiles. The participants have the opportunity to test themselves in various roles and to thus identify the kind of role that would suit them.
At the end of the workshop the participants will have reflected their own motivation and values enabling them to take decisions that are fulfilling from a personal and a professional point of view.
This course is designed in an unbiased way and is recommended for scientists who are looking for professional alternatives or are unsure of the direction of their future career.
The aim of the workshop is that the participants identify the next step in their career and realize what they have to do to reach it. They will thus gain a better professional predictability for themselves and their environment.
