The service group Scientific User Support - Administration - Networking (SUSAN) provides software and hardware support at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research.
SUSAN is the central information service about all IT questions.
SUSAN is in charge of central IT services such as mail, file, network and backup services and also
- Support for Windows PC's
- Support for Linux/Unix PC's
- Support for Apple Macintosh / MacOS users
- Administration of user accounts
- Operating of central institute servers
